Elise Martin is an award winning writer and director from the South West of England. Now based in London she is driven to tell intimate, thought-provoking stories.

Elise's 2018 film Dearly Departed received several awards including NAHEMI Best Undergraduate Film at Encounters Film Festival (2018) and 4 craft awards from the Royal Television Society Student Awards (2018).
 
Her work since has varied and includes projects and pitch videos such as an entry for the 2023 round of The Pitch with Beginning at the End. At the end of 2023 she released a new short See You Sunday and continues to work across commercial and narrative filmmaking. 
 
Elise graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2018 with a First Class Honours Degree in Film Production with an additional 'School of Media Annual Creativity Prize'.
